This notice describes how the companion site is designed to behave. Statements here are limited to decisions that have been made; anything still open is listed as open rather than promised.

The Readiness Card
The online version of the AI Workload Readiness Card works in your browser. It does not transmit or store your answers, and it does not require an account. Printing or saving is controlled by your own browser. The card, its PDF, the sources list, corrections, and essential safety updates are available without an email address.
Third-party code
The site avoids third-party scripts by default. There is no chat widget, session replay, fingerprinting, advertising pixel, or cross-site tracker. Essential assets are self-hosted where practical, so basic layout and text do not depend on a public content-delivery network at runtime.
Consultation and assessment requests
When you submit the free-call form or AI Fit Assessment form, the name, email address, organization, and message you provide are sent to Almiga Tech through Web3Forms so that Almiga Tech can respond to your request. Do not place sensitive client, employee, financial, or regulated information in either form. Web3Forms processes submissions under its privacy policy.
Optional email updates
Subscribing is voluntary and separate from every free resource. Consent is never pre-checked, is limited to Almiga Tech publication updates, and the email provider will be named beside the form before it accepts an address.
Not decided yet
- Whether analytics is used at all, and if so which tool and what it records
- The email provider and how consent records are kept
- Hosting platform and how long server logs are retained
- The contact destination for privacy questions

If a chosen technology later requires consent in a relevant jurisdiction, this notice and the interface will be updated before that technology is enabled.
